The time has come to begin believing in yourself and your true potential. As an attachment-focused and process-oriented therapist, I believe that a warm, trusting relationship is what heals us. I enjoy working with teens and adults, especially when making life transitions and big decisions. Clients who choose to work with me are often unpacking the effects of traumas (big or small), family dynamics, "anxiety", OCD, women’s issues, intellectualizing, or stage of life struggles. I have a special interest in working with perfectionism, even in children; I am an LGBTQ affirming counselor, passionate about creativity and spirituality.
