Beginning therapy, or returning to it, can feel especially tender when you’re carrying loss, change, or uncertainty. You may be grieving a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you imagined. I offer a calm, supportive space where your grief can be met with care, patience, and respect, without pressure to move on or feel differently. Therapy is not about fixing grief or rushing healing, but about making space for what has been carried and honoring what matters. I look forward to learning what feels most supportive for you. I work with adults and older teens navigating grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and concerns related to boundaries and co-dependency. I also support individuals living with long-term mental health concerns who are seeking steadiness, meaning, and deeper self-understanding.
