Is your child experiencing worry, sadness, school stress or behavioral struggles? My goal is to provide compassionate care and concrete tools for growth. I am dedicated to helping children learn how to express themselves, regulate their emotions and develop the confidence to navigate challenges with greater ease. For the past 16 years, I have supported children, teens and their families through life’s challenges both in my private practice and as a school counselor. I believe therapy should be a safe and encouraging space where kids, teens and young adults feel understood and supported.
