I work with teens and adults dealing with a wide spectrum of mental health concerns including neurdivergency, ADHD, Autism, traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, adjustment issues, and psychosis; in addition to these areas I have experience with providing treatment in other areas of concern including grief and loss, identity issues, addiction, and managing change. I strives to meet clients where they are at and to create a comfortable setting that allows each client to openly present as just who they are without fear of judgment. I offer psychological testing evaluation and therapy services. Diagnostic clarification in testing assists with developing a map to direct and support treatment of the individual. My therapy approach is a reality-based approach and utilized skills across various treatment modalities such cognitive behavioral methods like ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and education.
