Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe that sorting out your thoughts and feelings together can yield a more fulfilling and authentic life. My style is genuine, interactive, and compassionate. Our work will focus on that which brings you purpose and meaning. Everyone is unique, so your therapy will be tailored to you. Your experiences, culture, and identity inform who you are and will be valued in our work together. I use a combination of relational, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques. I am a trauma informed clinician, with particular attention to the mind-body connection.
