Life's journey is full of crisis, loss, grief, relationship issues and trauma. These unresolved experiences become stuck in our body and mind and affect how we think, feel, react, what we believe and keep us in survival mode without us realizing it. We eventually become sick physically, mentally and emotionally as we try to navigate toxic relationships, struggle with addictions and ultimately lose faith in the chance for a better reality.
