Hi, I’m Kelsea and I’m here to help. If you’re going through a tough time, feeling overwhelmed, or navigating a big life change, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, sort through your thoughts and feelings, and begin to heal at your own pace. I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including those living with chronic health conditions, disabilities, or adjusting to life after illness, injury, or loss. I'm also deeply committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and creating an affirming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
