I offer a warm, trauma-informed space to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and work toward meaningful change—without pressure to have it all figured out. I believe healing happens in safe, trusting spaces. My approach blends warmth, curiosity, humor, and honesty. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and human.
