I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals on their relationships with others. Oftentimes, we struggle with feeling misunderstood or disconnected from people. We seek for that connection with someone, anyone. The pain that we are feeling may feel unbearable and cause feelings of anxiousness or depression. We may seek out comfort in things that aren't deemed acceptable to others. Relationships with others can be unstable, life transitions are difficult.
