About
Feeling out of control, lost, or hopeless? Working with a therapist can empower you to take back your sense of security and well-being for yourself, your relationship, or your family. My work with clients (individuals, couples, and families) going through life transitions (grief, recovery, diagnosis, etc.) is like a sunrise that offers hope through new perspectives, recognition of something greater than ourselves, and the beauty of being witnessed. This collaborative meaning-making provides light and warmth that helps clients orient themselves in unfamiliar territory. My extensive therapeutic training in working with individuals, couples, and families informs my variety of approaches with clients to meet their specific needs. My specialties include Gottman-informed couples work, expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with autism, grief work for children and adults, and therapeutic intervention for addiction.
