Childhood and adolescence can be a scary time for all people involved: the youth, their parents and siblings, their friends, even their teachers. Changing relationships, differing opinions, and creeping self-doubt can bring anxiety, fear, depression, and more. I am here to work with both youth and adults who struggle with these challenges and want to break down the barriers to make change. We don’t just want to find the light at the end of the tunnel, but find the light within.
