Looking for a safe space to be yourself? Feeling misunderstood? Constantly overthinking? Feeling stuck? Struggling to do the things you once enjoyed? Not feeling comfortable in your body? Questioning your identity? Never tried counseling before? Have you had bad experiences with previous counselors? Struggling with your relationship with yourself? If you answered yes to one or more of those questions, I'd LOVE to meet with you. I am a good listener and I am direct. I will always be honest with you. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to help you with the problems you've identified in your own life. I've had a lot of success with more introverted people, people who have never done counseling, and people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
