After more than a decade as a therapist—and later as clinical director of a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program for people with eating disorders—I bring deep experience supporting individuals as they build practices that honor their bodies, heal their relationship with food, cultivate peace and belonging, and engage more fully in lives worth living. Working with this diverse, tenacious, brilliant, group of people has reinforced to me that healing is possible, though it often unfolds gradually and in ways that cannot be rushed.
