We all need to feel safe enough in order to move towards healing. I am passionate about creating a safe and stable space for people on their journey to find meaningful and sustainable healing. I use a capacity-based, person-centered approach to build confidence, hope, and freedom of choice. I have a joy for learning and find purpose in removing shame and stigma by empowering clients with education on how our physiology affects our psychology. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, and depression. Based on my client’s needs, I practice a variety of treatment modalities, inviting both cognitive and somatic approaches.
