We can all benefit from support with facing challenges that life presents. I offer emotional support, and provide encouragement as clients pursue their emotional, physical, and mental health goals. I strive to provide a safe space as clients process difficult emotions and work on healing from painful experiences. I help clients identify and develop their strengths, improve the quality of their relationships, and discover deeper meaning and purpose in their lives. I view counseling as a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to complement each person’s unique needs and circumstances.
