I'm drawn to working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including childhood abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, or domestic violence. Oftentimes, those who have endured long term or interpersonal trauma end up struggling with setting boundaries and maintaining healthy relationships. I also enjoy working with parents to help navigate identity shifts as well as manage past traumas that may come to the forefront as a result of having children. I’m also passionate about working with those who feel their religion/spirituality has been affected by trauma. I will take the time to get to know you so that I can truly understand what you are going through. I work mainly from an attachment informed, psychodynamic approach, which means that we will work together conversationally to uncover how your past hurts are affecting your current relationships and the way you live your life today.
