I work with teens and adults who are navigating addiction, at-risk behavior, grief & loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, complex family dynamics, self- harm and ADHD. My style is real, relational, and yes- sometimes funny. Humor helps. So does honesty. I’m trained in IFS and EMDR, which means we don’t just talk - we get to the root.
