I enjoy working with kids, teens and young adults, and it is my mission to empower all my clients to express themselves emotionally in a non-judgmental environment. As a clinician I encourage all my clients to be honest and vulnerable by helping them build their confidence and increase their self-awareness. Together, we will achieve these goals and more by utilizing a range of different therapeutic modalities, that includes CBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, DBT, and solution focused therapy. Play therapy techniques are also used for those of my younger clients.
