I know that life is full of struggle and hardship that can take its toll on us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is my belief that, through therapy, there can be healing and growth in all areas of life. My focus is finding my clients strengths and guiding them on their own journey to expand on those innate traits to heal. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, and Social Constructionism. I also integrate meditation, art, and chakra work when wanted. In-person only in Cedar City Utah, virtual in all other locations. My journey of finding and embracing my authentic self, going through a divorce, having a faith transition, and experiences as a single mother, have given me a greater understanding and empathy for others and their own individual experiences.
