Hello, I am a children, Individual, couples/family, bilingual (English and Spanish) LCSW. I received a BSW and an MSW at FGCU. I am an intensely trained Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS). My background is in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault focused work. I utilize Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness within my practice. I enjoy working with any individual who desires to educate themselves on their needs and believes in their ability to change.
