Whether it's depression, anxiety, trauma, or the challenges of everyday life, your feelings are valid and deserve to be heard. Mental health has often been misunderstood and stigmatized, but one of my greatest passions is helping to change that narrative. There’s no shame in seeking support. With a trauma informed, person-centered approach, I’m here to walk with you towards healing and growth. I believe that within each of us lies incredible resources and skills, which sometimes just need a little extra support to be brought to light. My goal is to meet you where you are, empowering you with a voice and choice in your treatment. I offer unwavering support, unconditional positive regard, empathy, and clinical guidance.
