My passion is working with children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, LGBTQ+, life adjustments, and grief. I have a special interest working with clients who are/have experienced trauma and life transitions. I will help clients overcome challenging situations and build on self-awareness and resilience skills.
