Life can be hard sometimes. Okay let’s be real- life can get downright messy. Are you tired of feeling stuck, weighed down, or just out of touch with who you are? What a great first step you have taken in starting your journey to wellness and healing. Counseling or therapy can be such an intimidating first step no matter who you are or what you have been struggling with. Whether you are coming in with life-long concerns, increased stress, or are just wanting a ‘tune up’, having a space where you can let it all out while also doing amazing work can be just the thing you need. I enjoy working with client’s ages 12 and older and have seen a wide variety of diagnoses and concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment, and stress. I also have experience and training working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and believe finding affirming care in Nebraska is incredibly important.
