The journey to healing and fulfillment is not always easy but with commitment, it is always worthwhile. It is my belief that with the right therapeutic alliance and the right environment, everyone can unpack their own emotional "bag." I seek to meet clients where they are emotionally and assist them in finding the core of their problems to move forward. I use a humanistic approach to assist clients to increase their awareness and to understand, express, and regulate their emotions. I come from a place of non-judgment, compassion, empathy, and honesty to provide observation, healthy coping skills, and a listening ear.
