Clients that I work with often struggle with anxiety, feeling numb, sleep problems, trauma, and relationship conflict. I offer EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting as effective modalities for treating trauma. I often see people who experience complex trauma and dissociative disorders. I offer telehealth or in person equine assisted therapy. I work with many adults, but I also offer services to adolescents and children. I specialize in helping people who have experienced a sudden loss, whether it be a family member, friend, or beloved pet. I utilize EMDR and deep brain reorienting to help with this issue. I also specialize in dissociative disorders.
