Each of our sessions together are customized to include a variety of healing modalities as I'm trained in somatic practices, crainosacral therapy, mindfulness techniques, trauma-informed yoga therapy, energy/sound healing. My approach is warm and ensures we are addressing the root causes of imbalances, rather than just treating the symptoms. I deeply believe in our body's ability to come back to homeostasis when given the proper tools and nourishment. My goal is to provide compassionate support to guide you through life's challenges, assisting with overcoming emotional obstacles, and navigating through communication and conflicts.
