My approach offers a space where all parts of you are welcomed and deeply listened to. If you are wanting to live more authentically, struggling with anxiety, the impacts of trauma, or seeking change and growth in your relationships and life, I can help you resource yourself in meeting the challenges. Together we will create space to live into new possibilities through discovering the sources of imbalance and addressing their root causes, while building self-regulation and healthy secure patterns. I use an integrative trauma informed approach that is based in knowledge of the body and brain, and is informed by internal family systems therapy, somatic therapy, expressive arts and hypnotherapy. I specialize in resolving childhood trauma in adults, children and adolescents. I also specialize in supporting clients in personal growth and self-development.
