As your therapist I become your companion in exploration, education, and healing. I strive to help you reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment, making sure you know that I am with you every step of the way. The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. Specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence. The therapeutic approach I use most would be considered eclectic, primarily focusing on person-centered and trauma-informed therapy.
