Hi there, I'm Kelsey. As a human and a therapist, I am a curious, compassionate and humorous. I received my Master's in Social Work from Colorado State University and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016. My primary focus is working with adults (18+) who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. With a background in social work, I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, using a person-centered approach to ensure that your unique needs and experiences are at the forefront of our work together.
