I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have collaborated with a diverse population of adults, providing psychotherapeutic counseling and support. I have offered clinical assessments and therapeutic care to adults dealing with depression/anxiety, substance use disorders, major mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, life transitions, and LGBTQIA-related difficulties.
