I work with my clients to help them cope and overcome past traumas, manage anxiety, depression, life/family transitions and self-worth. My experience ranges from working with trauma survivors, children/families, education, motherhood, infertility, military/veteran lifestyle and general mental health. Working together, we can identify thought patterns, relationship cycles and past traumas that may be impacting your day-to-day life. Taking a solution-focused, trauma-informed and client-centered approach; my goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to explore how your life experiences influence the person you have become and the goals you want to reach. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
