You’re tired. You’ve been holding it all together—the lists, the expectations, the needs of everyone around you. You’ve tried and you’re always trying: the research, the plans, the prayers, the late nights and early mornings. No matter how hard you try, it just doesn’t feel like enough. Whether you’re a tired mom, a burnt out high-achiever, or someone who believes God is good but still feels like they’re doing it all alone, I'd love to journey with you toward hope and healing. As a counselor I love working with women who are longing for more—more rest, more play, more connection, a deeper understanding of themselves and a nearer relationship with God. I offer a place to be seen, to be known, and to be cared for. From this space, we will work together to grow your ability to see, know, and extend care to yourself.
