You're defeated, scared, and stuck, and you’re doing all you can just to get through. We all struggle sometimes, not knowing how to take that next step. Adverse experiences, especially traumas, can hold you back and prevent you from fully living in the present, but it doesn't have to stay that way. You can cultivate resilience and the life you want, and we can make that happen together! Humans don’t exist in a vacuum; we all need support, encouragement, and a nonjudgmental listener. That’s the foundation of our work together. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, welcoming environment for you to foster growth and healing. I specialize in trauma and related issues with adults. I utilize Attachment Theory and EMDR, an evidence-based practice, in conjunction with person-centered approaches to provide you with custom treatment to get you where you want to be. I am accepting of people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and non-heteronormative lifestyles.
