Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a background in Eating Disorders and Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and Sport Psychology. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in Human and Sport Performance, both from Adler University. I am highly passionate about helping others find freedom in the pressures of our society to become the best version of ourselves.
