NOTE: I will be on maternity leave until mid February. I’ll follow up with any new client requests as that time. I believe that everyone is the expert in their own life and my job as a therapist is to help navigate roadblocks that may be keeping someone from being their authentic self. I work with adult individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, grief and loss, stress management, life transitions, and self—esteem. I also have a passion for working with older adults that may be struggling with the aging process, as well as adults navigating the changes of caring for an aging loved one. Together, we will identify your needs and find the right type of treatment for you. I believe that in order for therapy to be effective, you have to find someone that you feel you can share your genuine thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement. I want to offer a safe, empathetic, and affirming space so you know there is someone in your corner.
