We will work on setting personal goals that helps you become the best version of yourself. If you are a parent struggling with navigating the world with your child, I am here to help you and your child build skills to communicate and improve your relationship. I work with children, adolescents, and adults providing individual and group counseling. I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, autism, ADHD, PTSD, and behavioral issues. I use evidence-based treatments to help individuals cope and process through the issues they are facing.
