Maybe you often find yourself in dysfunctional relationships or reenacting your wounds onto others. Yet something inside of you says: there’s more to life than surviving. You long to come home to yourself, to feel safety, belonging, and the freedom to live fully. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted or hopeless after therapy that hasn’t helped. As a trauma survivor myself, I understand that pain and draw from my own recovery experience in supporting you.
