Hi, I’m Kelsey. I'm Asian-American, queer femme, and a Bay Area native. I’m a marriage and family therapist and I specialize in working with relationships and adult individuals. For couples: I offer emotionally focused therapy, helping partners get unstuck from their cycle of conflict and understand the unmet needs driving it. We’ll uncover the patterns that keep you in the same emotional loop and work on tools for de-escalating and reconnecting.
