Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a HAES-informed therapist who is committed to creating an inclusive and caring environment where clients can explore their relationship with movement, food, and their bodies. I enjoy the opportunity to work with teens, adults, college students, and particularly, those who identify as athletes. In addition to the treatment of eating disorders, I am also well-equipped to help clients manage life stressors, navigate anxiety and depression, enhance self-worth, feel embodied, and relearn their relationship with movement, sport, and exercise.
