I believe that building a strong rapport between therapist and client is an important step in successful outcomes. You are the expert on your own life and my goal is to meet you where you are at and provide you with an individualized treatment approach based on your needs. My desire is to help you achieve your goals by providing a safe, authentic, and compassionate clinical setting. I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and family conflict. I have over 8 years of experience working in psychiatric hospitals with individuals who suffer a range of mental illnesses. Based on my prior experience, I'm able to identify a large range of psychiatric symptoms and have a strong framework based in trauma informed care. I utilize therapies such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness in my practice to help one learn to cope with their specific struggles. I also offer Lyme literate therapy.
