I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist (LMHC) located in south Florida. Whether this is your first time exploring the options for therapy or you are seeking to return to the "therapy couch" to work on something different, know I'm proud of you for taking that step! I recognize that therapy can be a struggle all within itself due to our beliefs, preconceived notions, and busy daily lives. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk beside you with compassion and empathy to achieve your goals. As a therapist, I have worked in a range of areas, including outpatient substance abuse treatment, with individuals involved in intimate partner violence (survivors and perpetrators), in addition to education-based interventions for anger management & substance use.
