Has there been a change in your life that you’re struggling to make or adjust to? Change is unavoidable, and yet it can impact us on such a deep level. I work with teens and adults who want to improve their mental health, self-esteem, relationships and overall inner experience. In addition to helping clients who are navigating a new season of life, such as changing schools/jobs, going to college, experiencing a breakup, or identity rupture. My theoretical orientation comes from a trauma informed lens that includes CBT, mindfulness, and how the relationships and systems you’re in impact you.
