I enjoy working with clients navigating pregnancy/parenthood and other life transitions. I know that this stage of life can be filled with excitement, anxiety, and so many other emotions. When we are faced with change or transitions in life, it can stir things up and make it challenging to navigate. This can be especially confusing when the change is wanted or exciting, like becoming a parent or bringing another child into the home. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to foster growth and change. I work from an attachment-based, systemic perspective, which means I explore the contexts and identities that have influenced you. I am also trained in Brainspotting for trauma, Emotionally Focused Therapy to explore relational dynamics, and am pursuing specialization in Perinatal Mental Health
