Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, maybe anxious? You are not alone! As your therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share life’s challenges, while moving towards a more meaningful and balanced life. Whether it is helping to better understand current or past life challenges, changing negative patterns that no longer serve you, or developing new coping skills, my goal is to help empower and guide you towards healing! My therapeutic approach is holistic and aims to foster the mind, body, and spirit of each client. I integrate techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy, as each client has unique needs and goals. I am passionate about working with depression, anxiety, bipolar, identity development, or individuals going through a difficult life transition.
