Tuesday Telehealth Openings. One area I work in is family estrangement—whether you’re thinking about cutting ties, actively creating distance, or still connected & wanting healthier boundaries & coping skills. I meet you where you are, supportively & practically. I also work with women on hormone-related mental health concerns as well as relationship challenges, including navigating difficult or resistant partners. My work is best suited for clients who want more than a place to vent or to have me do all the talking. I am direct, honest, challenging if needed but warm and safe for those working through hard or triggering moments.
