I approach therapy through a person-centered lens. I believe that my client’s are the experts on their lives, and I work to meet them where they’re at, serving as an objective guide to healing or change. Each of us has the unique strengths within ourselves to find the healing or change we want to. Therapy is extremely individualized, and for this reason I have background and training experience in the application of therapeutic interventions from a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative, acceptance and commitment, strengths-based, developmental, and humanistic.
