As human beings living in a broken world, we experience the weight of the complexities of our lives in various ways. Sometimes we don't even notice what our bodies are trying to tell us until it feels too late, when we feel overwhelmed and hopeless or so alone. Sometimes the anxiety can feel like it is dictating how we live our life. Or the ways we have tried to cope seem to be causing more trouble for us whether simply internally, relationally or in our ability to function in life.
