Hi there! I am a relational therapist located in St. Paul, MN. I work with adolescents (age 12+), families, couples and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, family conflict, neurodivergence, grief/loss and PMDD. I am committed to building a therapeutic relationship wherein you feel safe in exploring life’s most vulnerable and complex topics. I seek to work together in establishing an environment rooted in empathy, trust, authenticity and empowerment. I am also passionate about incorporating writing into session for those who find healing in narration and storytelling.
