Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with and trust can be difficult. Painful life experiences, past trauma and current situations can cause you to feel stuck, depressed and anxious. You may have noticed changes in your relationships, work, mood and self esteem. I help clients learn the skills of emotional regulation, healthy communication and boundary setting. I will encourage, challenge and empower you to make changes, challenge limiting beliefs and help you to gain insight. My clients comment on my ability to create a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental environment and my ability to establish an easy rapport. I am creative and humorous.
