I am the Director of Adolescent and Family Services at Counseling Services of Long Island. At CSLI, we accept many insurance plans, and provide individual, family, group and specialized counseling for couples. In addition to general practice issues, our specialties include CBT for Anxiety, Mindfulness Training/Complementary Therapies, End-of-life/Bereavement Program, Difficult Teens/Families, Workplace/EAP, and Corporate Consultation. We have a special, copyrighted ADHD program - 'From Distraction to Action' for teens and their parents.
